1. Our shipping rates may change from time to time, these will have an in stock shipping rate and a pre-order add on shipping rate that will vary depending on how much you spend in store. These shipping rates are separated to ensure we are able to deliver things in a more timely manner and as close together as possible.

a) We reserve the right to ship items together that have only one shipping charge added, unless of course you have passed a free shipping threshold with your order.

b) Free standard shipping valid in Australia only once the threshold is met.

c) We may change our free shipping price and inclusions at any given time upon our discretion to ensure the security of our business.

d) The free shipping should activate automatically, if it does not it most likely means you are not meeting the criteria for the free shipping in which case you are to review your cart and either meet the criteria and/or accept the shipping charges for your purchase, we are not liable for any refund on shipping charges applied if you have not met the criteria or have purchased excluded products from our range. 

e) As mentioned within our exclusions our entire merchandise range is unfortunately excluded from free shipping, these items cannot make up all/any part of the free shipping value as they are produced and distributed by third parties.

f) We have included a separate shipping charge for pre-orders these will be shipped when all items are available from any pre-orders located in your cart, unfortunately there is no way to add multiple shipping rates to different pre-orders so please be careful when ordering, you can however contact us to split these orders if you wish to pay to have them shipped separately, otherwise all items will be shipped together once an order has everything in stock.

Please feel free to contact us with any arrangements to get any items sooner and we will happily assist you with the best possible option, please understand though that we do take a loss on each delivery as we cover parts of the cost of your standard shipping, so as a result we are unable to split deliveries and cover the cost to ship these separately unless double shipping has already been applied. 

2. Shipping times

a) Products will only be shipped on business days Monday to Friday 10am-4pm or whenever postal services are available.

b) Shipping timeline is in business days and does not include weekends or public holidays when postal services may be inactive. 

c) Once an item is shipped we can no longer make changes to the order, refund or cancel the order, if at any point in time after an item has been packed and shipped you require a refund due to a fault or other issue with the product, you must take clear photos of the product and email them to orders@gamingground.com.au & then return the item via post at your expense to be eligible for a refund.

d) Gaming Grounds holds no liability for any damage to products in transit.

e) Shipping times are an estimate only, it is completely out of the control of the team at Gaming Grounds if unforeseen events cause delays in the delivery of your product, we will do our best to ensure product is delivered within reasonable timeframe utilizing Australia Post as our primary postal distributor for our products. 

f) If product is purchased outside of our shipping/delivery areas Gaming Grounds reserves the right to refund a customer for the full product and/or shipping cost if necessary.

3. Handling time

a) Handling time is 3 business days - excluding weekends and public holidays (however we will do our best to get you your product as soon as we possibly can, this is merely a formality in the event of unforeseen large order quantities)

b) Handing + Shipping time are separate timeframes, as a business we need to process your order & then arrange for collection or post your product, we will endeavour to do this in a timely manner at our earliest convenience. 

c) Daily cut-off is 4pm for orders to be processed the same business day, if you order after this time it is extremely likely that your order will be processed the following business day. 

4. Refunds

a) Gaming Grounds does not offer refunds for change of mind , from the moment you check out and make payment you have agreed to purchase price and any shipping rates attached to said product, so please ensure you are happy with the product you are purchasing before completing the transaction.

b) Gaming Grounds reserves the right to refuse refund if we believe the product has been tampered with, resealed, or if the product is returned missing original components of the product.

c) Gaming Grounds has no control over the pull rates of collectable trading card games, once you open a product you have committed to the contents of that product, opened TCG products cannot be refunded due to the collectable nature of said product as we cannot guarantee certain cards have not been removed in the process as these sealed items are packed at random by the manufacturer.

d) Returns are 100% at the customers expense, if there is a fault with the product you must first take clear photos outlining the issue, email orders@gamingground.com.au outlining the issue for us to remedy prior to sending the product back to us & then to be entitled to refund or exchange the product must be properly packed and returned to us in a timely manner. 

e) Gaming Grounds reserves the right to refuse refund on the product/s if the problem with the product was caused by the consumer misusing said product.

f) Gaming Grounds reserves the right to assess the product to determine the validity of any claim prior to processing a refund.

g) Gaming Grounds may take up to 14 days to process a refund from the date a product has been returned, in its original undamaged condition.

h) Gaming Grounds reserves the right to reject a refund request if a product is returned in a manner in which it has been poorly packaged, improperly sealed or otherwise improperly returned causing the item/s damage and unsuitable for resale, the customer returning any item/s must ensure their best care is taken to ensure the product is returned safely.

i) Gaming Grounds abides by all requirements of the ACCC, Gaming Grounds has taken their best steps to ensure our terms meet all requirements of the ACCC, however if anything in our terms and conditions contradicts any legal rights to the consumer has under these consumer guarantees those rights take precedence,

Competition terms and conditions - 

Entries only valid for people who have liked, shared and commented on competition prize, prize values are determined by our stores regular pricing on the items within the draw. If you unfollow or delete the shared post from your page prior to the end date of the competition this will result in disqualification and remove you from the draw. Bonus entries determined upon purchase from the store, recommended to be using the same name as featured on Facebook for purchase.

 

- We reserve the right to cancel any order that we believe has been processed fraudulently or dishonestly

- If we are unable to fulfil any items we reserve the right to cancel any orders in exchange for a full refund, we also do not offer rain checks on this price if we are unable to fulfil and items are restocked at a later date

- We do not offer refunds on this promotion for change of mind or if you have seen a cheaper offer elsewhere, please ensure you are happy with the purchase before you pay for your items

 

PRE-ORDER POLICY

All pre-orders are subject to supply from our Australian distributor, if our distributor for any reason reduces our allocations for any pre-order product, this does unfortunately mean that we may have to give full refunds on orders. Due to the nature of trading card games, reprints are not guaranteed and Gaming Grounds will endeavour to process a refund in this instance within 3 working days of being notified in any reduction of product. 

- No pre-ordered stock is guaranteed until a time in which Gaming Grounds has received their final allocation of stock from our Australian distributor Lets Play Games, this means in the event of non-supply you will be refunded in full.

- If in the instance of a refund due to non supply & the product is re-supplied at a later date Gaming Grounds will honour your original purchase price of the product if you do choose to re-order at a later date, this will be limited to the quantity of the original purchase at the discretion of our management team.
